Property Index Ireland is an independent rental transparency platform currently in pre-launch development, operated by its founder and based in Dublin, Ireland.

2. The founding member waitlist
By submitting your email address, you are asking to be added to our founding member waitlist for early access to the platform once it launches.
- Joining the waitlist does not guarantee you a founding member spot, beta access, or any specific launch date
- The number of founding spots, the perks described on the homepage, and the launch timeline may change at our discretion as the platform develops
- We may close, pause, or end the waitlist at any time
3. Acceptable use
When using this website, you agree not to:
- Submit an email address that is not yours or that you do not have permission to use
- Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to sign up for the waitlist
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the website or its underlying systems
We may remove waitlist entries that we reasonably believe were submitted in breach of these terms.
4. No warranty
This website and the waitlist are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Property Index Ireland is in active pre-launch development and content, features, and timelines described on this site are subject to change.

The content, design, and branding of this website belong to Property Index Ireland unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our permission.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the platform develops, particularly when we move from pre-launch to full launch. The date at the top of this page reflects when these terms were last updated.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
